A Century of Sweetness Since 1920

Four generations of Tacoma confectioners crafting the Northwest's most celebrated caramel apples — kettle-cooked on the same Savage Bros. mixer Floyd Marcoe wheeled into the shop a century ago.

Our History

A century of copper kettles and wooden spoons.

It started in a small Tacoma shop in the 1920s, where the scent of burnt sugar and sweet cream defined the neighborhood. The same tools, formulas, and techniques have been passed down four generations to ensure you taste the passion in every apple.

We believe in the Washington State Fair in the spring and fall, the snap of a fresh apple, and the earned trust of a family name that has meant quality for over 100 years.
